
Living a Healthy Holistic Life
As human beings, we are designed to live holistically. Embodied as we learn to just 'be' and not just 'do'. A holistic lifestyle recognizes the connection between our mind, body, soul and our external environment, and focuses on finding the root cause of our issue current challenges.
I have a passion for empowering women in a forgotten season of life. In my early 50s, I’ve spent over 20 years coaching/mentoring women. With qualifications in Advanced Holistic Nutrition, Skin and Ageing, and Mindfulness, I love helping to get to the roots of issues and coaching through a workable plan for more wholeness.

My current niche is for women in transitions who are feeling muddled and need to gain clarity, health and joy now and the next season, though I have sessions with anyone who wants to embrace fresh changes in their life. And for those with a spiritual background, I was in a pastoral role for many years, doing coaching and mentoring.

I also have personal experience with all things long covid as both my teen son and I spent over two years in recovery (despite us being healthy prior).
